Which insulation material suits your building?
EPS is economical and the obvious choice for most homes. Mineral wool is non-combustible and required for taller buildings and fire safety requirements. Wood fibre offers the best summer heat protection and is popular in ecological construction. The decision depends on building height, fire regulations, budget and building physics — we go through it with you on site.
Details decide the service life
The insulation board itself is rarely the problem. Damage almost always starts at the junctions: window reveals, roller shutter boxes, plinths, roof edges, balcony slabs. There we use connection sealing profiles, pre-compressed tapes and diagonal reinforcement at corner openings. It takes more time and prevents exactly the cracks you otherwise see after three winters.

How large is your façade, actually?
Most owners do not know the square metres — and without an area, every cost estimate is guesswork. Enter rough dimensions; the calculator deducts windows and doors. You can carry the result straight into your enquiry.

Frequent questions
How long does insulating a façade take?
A detached family house is usually two to three weeks including scaffolding and drying times. For apartment blocks it depends heavily on surface area and weather. You get a firm date after the site visit.
Is the scaffolding charged separately?
We always show scaffolding as a separate, transparent line so you can see what material, labour and scaffolding each cost. We do not hide items.
Can you insulate over an existing system?
Overlaying is technically possible but must be checked structurally and for building physics. We inspect what is there and tell you honestly whether overlaying or removal is the better route.
