Machine-applied plaster: fast, even, economical
For whole floors and apartment blocks we work with a plastering machine. The application is more even than by hand, drying is more controlled, and on large surfaces the time saved is substantial. For developers that means one trade fewer on the critical path. We coordinate closely with the screed, electrical and plumbing teams so the site never stalls.
The right plaster for the right room
Not every plaster belongs in every room. Gypsum is pleasant in living spaces and takes a beautiful smooth finish. Lime regulates humidity and is often the better answer in older buildings and bedrooms. In plinths, basements and permanently damp areas, cement or renovation render is the correct choice. We advise before the first bag of material is opened, not afterwards.
Quality levels Q1 to Q4 — what they actually mean
Q2 is the normal standard and entirely sufficient for most wall surfaces. Q3 and Q4 are needed where raking light hits the wall: large window fronts, indirect lighting, glossy paint. We will tell you openly where the higher level is genuinely needed and where it would only cost money.

How large is your façade, actually?
Most owners do not know the square metres — and without an area, every cost estimate is guesswork. Enter rough dimensions; the calculator deducts windows and doors. You can carry the result straight into your enquiry.

Frequent questions
How long does interior plaster take to dry?
The rule of thumb is one day per millimetre of thickness — so roughly two weeks for the usual 15 mm of gypsum plaster. Ventilation and temperature are decisive. We will tell you on site exactly when the following trades can start.
Do you work with English-speaking clients?
Yes. We work in German, Turkish and English, which matters if you have just moved to the Frankfurt area and are renovating a property here.
Do you take on single rooms or only whole projects?
Both. We work for developers on complete apartment buildings and equally for private clients renovating a single flat.
